FETC Students

Fred W. Eberle Technical Center Accepts WV High School Students

Fred W. Eberle Technical Center in Buckhannon, WV, accepts high school students from Barbour, Lewis, and Upshur Counties for one- and two-year career training programs. These programs allow students to prepare for the workforce.

FETC programs provide in-class and hands-on experience, along with teaching students the ins and outs of business and industry.  To enroll in one of our of our programs go to our application page.

Allied Heatlh

Allied Health

Focus in this program is Medical Assisting and Phlebotomy. Students will gain hands-on experience in labs, physician offices and other health care settings.

Automotive Technology

An Automotive Technician is someone who inspects, performs diagnostics and repairs automobiles and light trucks.

Carpentry

Carpentry is a skilled trade in which the primary work performed is the cutting, shaping and installation of building materials during the construction of houses, buildings, ships, bridges, etc.

Collision Repair Technology

Collision repair technicians are knowledgeable in the field of auto body repair and possess the necessary skills to perform related repairs and custom refinishing.

Computer Repair

Computer Systems Repair Technology

Computer technicians may be employed in the installation of new computer systems or the maintenance, repair, and support of existing computer systems and much more.

The HVAC program introduces students to the knowledge base and technical skills of the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning industry.

Students have an opportunity to gain knowledge and develop technical skills in all aspects of the field of Robotics for manufacturing and Commercial Drone Operation.

The Therapeutic Service Program teaches required skills to work and certify as a CNA (Certified Nurse Assistant).
